  • Yes. A physician or licensed healthcare provider order is required prior to scheduling diagnostic ultrasound services.

  • Most ultrasound appointments take approximately 30–60 minutes depending on the exam type. OB ultrasounds can sometimes take over an hour based on baby’s positioning.

  • Some exams may require fasting or hydration. Preparation instructions are provided before the appointment.

  • Yes. Patient privacy and professionalism are always a priority. All exams are performed respectfully and confidentially.

  • Ultrasound images and reports are securely sent to the ordering healthcare provider for review and follow-up care 24-48hrs.

  • No, we do not accept insurance. We are a self-pay service. We can provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance carrier.

  • Payment is due at the time of services.
